To whom it may concerned,

I would like to suggest to have more police "ronda-ronda" on the road and the street. Especially the areas which are commercial areas and bank areas. These ronda-ronda can be done by just riding on motorcycles rather than driving in a car. Using motorcycle could save cost and also can go through areas easily. By having more police ronda-ronda on motorcycles, the villians wouldn't be so daring and be more cautious. Eventually they will find a proper job rather than wasting their time mingling around. This is a very good approach as the Hong Kong police officers walk around their streets to keep an eye on the public.

Last but not least, i would like to thank the authorities who had been jaga-ing the public's safety so cautiosly. It's just that the villians are getting more desperate.
